Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your undamaged items for a prompt refund or exchange.  We accept returns within 60 days after you have received your product. Refunds for items returned within 60 days will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please note: if you are returning earrings, there will be a $12 charge so that we can replace the returned ear wires with new ear wires.  We do this for hygienic reasons.
